Booking & Stay Details
Perfectly positioned between Auckland and Wellington, Taupō is an easy stop on any North Island journey and a gateway to some of New Zealand’s most remarkable natural wonders. Guests can arrive by car, domestic flight, or private helicopter, with a helipad available on-site for seamless transfers. From your villa, explore geothermal hot pools, world-class golf, boutique wineries, and cultural landmarks — all within easy reach.
Taupō – The heart of New Zealand’s North Island
Minimum Stay
Three nights minimum, or four nights between 20 December and 10 January.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Final Payment
Full payment is due three months before arrival during high season (1 November – 30 April) or 60 days before arrival in low season.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival (or within 90 days for stays between 10 December and 28 February) will incur a 100% charge.
Check-in and Check-out
Closed for arrivals and departures on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.
