Each villa features beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suites, a well equipped designer kitchen, laundry, a large living/dining area and its own mineralised swimming pool and outdoor spa. Villa one also features an exclusive outdoor sauna nestled in bush.

An additional rollaway bed or cot can be arranged upon request, making it the perfect choice for larger families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together in Taupō.

A: Spanning 176m² across a unique multi-level architectural design, Villa Two offers maximum space and privacy. The main ground floor features a large open-plan living room extending out to a terrace, lawn, and swimming pool, alongside a master bedroom and ensuite that enjoys afternoon sun and a glimpse of the lake. The upper level features a second master bedroom with wider lake views. If required for larger groups, a third bedroom and private ensuite are also available on the upper level, offering a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

A: Yes, Villa Two includes its own private, relaxing outdoor spa/jacuzzi. It is the perfect place to soak under the stars after a day of hiking the Tongariro Crossing or exploring Lake Taupō.
Q: Can guests staying in Villa Two use the private bush-view sauna?
A: Yes! Guests staying in Villa Two (Ngahere) are welcome to use the estate’s luxury sauna, which overlooks the native bush. Please note that the sauna is located at Villa One, which is just a short, scenic walk away. To ensure absolute privacy for all visitors, the sauna is available for Villa Two guests only when Villa One is not currently occupied. Please check with management during your stay to arrange access.

A: While the villa offers stunning terrace and upper-level views of Mine Bay, the famous Ngātoroirangi Mine Bay Māori Rock Carvings are only accessible by water. Fortunately, Villa Two includes exclusive-use kayaks, allowing you to launch directly from our secure private beaches and paddle out to view the carvings at your leisure. You can also walk just a few minutes down to the point to take in views of Mount Ruapehu, Tongariro, Ngauruhoe, and Pihanga.
